2021 Shepherd

Our 2021 Shepherd is dominated by Syrah in lighter style. It was fermented with 30% whole cluster fruit--on the stems. Also,  for the first time, a hint of Viogner is included for aromatic lift. You'll notice aromas of rhubarb, brambles, and nutmeg in your glass as you swirl this wine. A round and silky palate lingers with a finish of blueberry preserves and wild strawberries. Pair with pork tenderloin, arugula salad and roasted root veggies.
